Geoff, may I suggest your favorite single malt? Something really really expensive, so you only have a sip at night when you can't sleep because it costs way too much to guzzle. Your investor pondering will reach a whole new level of complexity. You won't sleep, but it may make your stomach not hurt so much.
BB, thanks for the card...that was very kind of you, though clearly the cash fell out of it on your way to the post office. Heh. I am so funny---I kill myself with my own wit.
(BTW, well done getting this lot to work with you to get so much of PREY done. They're a good bunch, though many have very odd haircuts.)
And McClure, Catherine LOVES the t-shirt. She wants one but won't ask because technically, she's not a moviemaker. I think she's going to steal mine. Boo hoo.
And if you cut the mullet, I swear I will do something desperate. The Loss of the Mullet is a sign of the apocalypse you know. If you you chop your hair and to look like one of those guys in ESQUIRE or something, I will vomit in terror.
FilmSail, congrats to your partner on the publishing deal and her success. Writing is a hard gig and good for her for making her own way.
And to the rest of you bastards, best of the holidays. |

It may not be all that expensive, but my bottle of Tullamore Dew comes to mind. Good suggestion.

Indeed. From my calculations, guys, we shot 14 pages in 34 hours. And that span includes nap time. So it really was even less.
And considering how the footage doesn't show the signs of such a schedule, we can count ourselves lucky.

That sucks...
Well how about these titles?:
Prey for Survival
Crimson Prey
Prey for the Undead
Vile Creatures of the Night
Revel in Blood
Deadly Interlude
Fangs of Crimson
Fangs of the Prey
Try playing with a few words and brainstorm a little...

Ohio... My pleasure! Sorry about the lost money... I'm sure the USPS is at fault (they've been screwing up a lot lately). You're right about the guys here - they are a good lot. I just love the Beautiful Bastards title... so fitting! Interesting, isn't it, that you and Xena and I are in complete agreement on the Mullet? It must be a sign of some kind...
Mario... I like Deadly Interlude, but I think we'll stick with the original title... it's already grown roots. |

Howdy FilmSail... yep, re-shoot is this Saturday. The participants are: Richard, Geoff, Lisa (sound operator), Adam (Father McDaniels), Chris (Samuel, the crazy man who gets killed), Marilyn (Alina, the slayer), Stephanie and Lorelea (smart and capable young crew members). We are shooting the opening cemetery scene... I don't want to give too much away. You should join us! We would welcome another experienced hand, plus, I would love to meet you. To sweeten the deal, we're going to have a nice wrap dinner after we're done with the shoot. |

I'd like to make it,
it was a blast working with and meeting everyone last round,
but I'm still catching up at work after having taken a two week vacation.
So I'll be working from home all weekend.
Besides...Jaden rocks with the makeup, so you should be alright.
Hang in there,
and keep me posted if you need anything,

Yep...you still owe me that one. LOL.
I might manage to squeeze the Fangoria convention into my weekend somehow...still trying to figure out how.

OK guys...give me the rundown. I need 2 bits of information...
1. Where are we shooting? Indoors - Outdoors, through the night?
2. What's the weather forecast like?
Going to go home and pack and need to know how to come armed. _________________ John C. Sheetz
